Radiance Report | December 2019

After 20 months of this new adventure we are excited to say that God has been faithful and we have seen His hand at every turn. Radiance has made over 280 personal appearances either teaching, training, leading worship, producing new music for Prism Music, or preaching. Here are a few highlights since our last newsletter.

Argentina Worship Conferences

We took a team of 8 to Cordoba and did 3 worship conferences there. Our friend Wayne Graham, from Dallas, TX set this trip up and we were able to train over 30 worship teams in 3 separate events. We have established a network of new worship leading friends and there is an invitation to return to work in other regions of the country.

Worship Leader Couples Retreat

This idea came from a conversation with our friends Mike and Carolyn Atkinson in Breckenridge Colorado last June.  We put together a group of 15 folks for this first ever event. The purpose of this retreat was for couples to reconnect with God and each other. Andrea and I were joined by Mike and Carolyn, Ron and Jean Blount, and Brent and Jill Dyer. Justin Adams also helped facilitate this event. Andrea’s sister and brother-in-law (Sharon and Doug Baron) provided their beautiful home, along with Mike and Carolyn’s awesome mountain retreat. We hope to do two of these events in 2020.

Moldova/Romania Worship Conferences

Our friend Eugene Sologubenko set up this opportunity in late October. We traveled with a small team of 4 that included Andrea, Daniel Morris, Grant Ellis, and myself.  We held a two-day worship conference in Moldova at Kishinev Bible Church with about 20 churches represented. We also ministered in their church on Sunday for their regular Sunday services. Next we traveled by van to Romania to the Rhema Church in Iasi, Romania. Although we had just one evening there, we had a night of powerful ministry. Four different churches from the area were represented and we are planning a full-scale Conference in the fall of 2020.

Night of Worship

Pastors Warren and Julie Cook of Friendship Church were the gracious hosts that sponsored our night of worship and prayer on November 15th. Around 500 folks came to worship and it was like a homecoming event. Our son, Ben, and his wife, Katie, along with Christopher and a large group of dear friends helped us lead worship.  The presence of the Holy Spirit manifested in such a powerful way that many folks experienced healing, deliverance, love and encouragement. We are planning another night of worship and prayer in the spring.
